Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
